Heaven and Earth Cross Stitch Project Week 3

Well.....err.....I haven't actually done *that* much >_<
I'll post a WIP pic soon tho, i promise!

Actually, I took some time out from cross stitching in order to create a new pin cushion!
Because this cross stitch uses alot of colours, i decided to jus buy a pack of needles and thread all the colours so it would save me time when i was tryin to follow the pattern, but my old pin cushion (which was a really small hot choc in a cup crochet thing) was too small for everything

I saw someone on Raverly who had made a voodoo type toy to use as her pincushion - in fact I only saw it because she had used one of my patterns to make his hat - and thought OMG I HAVE TO DO THAT! xD

Another thing is, I'm super happy because of the views and comments I've been getting for my Miku and Ulala dolls
To be honest, I rarely actually *like* what i make, I always see the flaws and think that they have to be better, so when people say they like my stuff, it makes me all warm inside ahaha.
At least now I'm actually trying to take nicer looking pics Because I only really work on stuff late at night/early morning, I've always taken pics on my desk with just my lamp for lighting, and...its not that great >.< I've seen some really beautiful pics on here and i'm like 'oh i wish my pics could look that good lol'

I only actually made an effort with and . see, I pulled out all the pretty tissue paper and photoshop and stuff! xD #tryingtobepro
I'd still appreciate any tips tho.

Errr...well back to Law and Order and more cross stitching and MANGO AND PASSIONFRUIT YOGURT ITS SO YUMMEH *ahem* x3
